Kalamazoo, MI - 1st Source Bank will open a new banking center in downtown Kalamazoo this December. Located at 200 West Michigan Avenue, the banking center will feature side-by-side banking, which puts bankers side-by-side with clients instead of behind a teller line. This new concept allows bankers to share their workspace, computer screen and up-to-the-minute financial data with clients both securely and privately.

The new banking center will also feature a coffee station, a customer convenience center with a computer, fax machine and shredder, as well as a 24-hour walk-up ATM.

'We are excited to relocate our banking center to the heart of Downtown Kalamazoo. This new location will provide greater convenience for our clients,' said Lanny Scoby, 1st Source City President in Kalamazoo. 'We look forward to assisting clients downtown, as well as, in our recently opened Centre Avenue banking center in Portage.'

The new banking center will replace 1st Source's current location at 555 West Crosstown Parkway.
