RESULTS OF THE 2017 SUMMER TRADE FAIR

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis by the board of directors (the ''Board'') of 361 Degrees International Limited (''361˚'' or the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') on the results of 2017 Summer Trade Fair for 361˚ core brand, which was successfully held at the Group's Wuli Industrial Complex in Jinjiang City in the beginning of September, 2016.

We are pleased to announce that the trade fair order value (at wholesale value) of the 361˚ core brand for the second quarter of 2017 again achieved a high single-digit increase, on a year-on-year basis. Such order value growth represented the eleventh consecutive quarterly improvement since the last quarter of 2014.

Apparel accounted for the bulk of the growth with a significant improvement in volume and no improvement in the average selling price (the ''ASP''). Footwear showed a marginal improvement in the volume but no improvement in ASP. At the 2017 Summer Trade Fair, orders contribution from footwear, apparel and accessories account for 51.1%, 46.9%, and 2.0%, respectively. The Group will continue to focus on footwear segment and improve its sales contribution accordingly in the future.

To cope with summer's seasonality, key science and technology such as Free Cool and Motion have been further introduced to apparel core products to offer better running, cross training and outdoor experiences for customers. Among apparel Store Keeping Units (SKUs), cross training takes more than half of the SKUs, while running and outdoor altogether takes approximately 30%. For footwear segment, key science and technology such as Bound, REVAIR, Rubest Tech, SAC Air, Geo Flex, and Hyper Knit are further applied in

footwear core products. Consistent with branding positioning, running keeps being the biggest category by taking almost half of footwear SKUs, followed by cross training which takes approximately 20%. Research & Development investment and product innovation continue to be the key that our products are much sought after by consumers.
