AfriAg - Fresh Herb Programme for Europe

AfriAg (ISDX: AFRI), the rapidly expanding London traded global logistics investment Company, which will soon be changing its name toAfriAg Global Plc ("AfriAg Global"), is pleased to announce that it has started a herb growing programme in Zimbabwe that will see fresh Basil, Chives, Sage and Tarragon airfreighted to the supermarkets of the UK and Holland.

This contracted growing programme, has been commissioned by our 100% owned AfriAg Marketing division, run by Toby Williams, who has 20 years experience of the fresh produce and perishable logistics industry. The marketing division, AfriAg Marketing (Pty) South Africa Limited, 100% owned by the Company, is expected to see about 70 tonnes of herbs exported over the coming 52 week period, and is expected to add more than US$460,000 to top line revenues of the Company over this period.

David Lenigas, the Company's Executive Chairman, commented;
