Jami Roux joined the Army at age 28. She remembers a 'feeling of self-fulfillment,' she shared with us from Iraq, 'as I started to achieve things I never imagined or considered doing before.'

In the military, she found the self-confidence that helps her in her current role as a transportation analyst at 3M. A few months after accepting a job at 3M in December 2014, she was asked to serve again. Today, Jami serves as a United States Army Logistics Officer, supporting an Advise and Assist mission in Iraq. She reports that she feels the support of her 3M team even while on military leave, and particularly cherishes the care package they gave her as she began her journey in Iraq.
