THE A2 MILK COMPANY LIMITED In response to direct enquiries received by the Company, the Board wishes to confirm that there are no senior management changes currently contemplated.
The Board recognises its responsibilities in respect of all matters concerning the senior leadership of the Company, including succession.
Given that CEO Geoff Babidge is reaching normal retirement age next year, the Board is working with him on matters of his ultimate succession, but there are no plans or timetables in place at this stage and, in any case, the Board does not see any eventual transition taking place in the near future.
