TABLE A

1. The regulations in Table A in the Schedule to the Companies Law (Revised) do not apply to the Company.

   INTERPRETATION

2. (1) In these Articles, unless the context otherwise requires, the words standing in the first column of the following table shall bear the meaning set opposite them respectively in the second column.

WORD MEANING

"Articles" these Articles in their present form or as supplemented or amended or substituted from time to time.

"Auditor" the auditor of the Company for the time being and may include any individual or partnership.

"Board" or "Directors" the board of directors of the Company or the directors

present at a meeting of directors of the Company at which a quorum is present.

"business day" shall mean a day on which the Designated Stock

Exchange generally is open for the business of dealing in securities in Hong Kong. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Designated Stock Exchange is closed for the business of dealing in securities in Hong Kong on a business day for the reason of a Number 8 or higher
