Director share dealing
The Board of Abbey Protection announces that it received
notification today that the Group Finance Director, Mr Adrian
Green, exercised an option to acquire 173,913 Abbey
Protection ordinary shares from the Abbey Protection plc
Employee Benefit Trust on 3 May 2012 for nil consideration.
Mr Green then sold 126,913 Abbey Protection ordinary shares
at a price of 77 pence per share. Following these
transactions, Mr Green will be interested, as defined by the
AIM Rules, in 1,832,528 ordinary shares in the Group,
representing 1.83% of the Group's issued share capital.
