Both events will start with the registration and breakfast at 7:45 a.m., local time.

Later on April 7, 2015, Abengoa's Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Manuel Sanchez, will ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell in a ceremony at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York.

Attendees to Abengoa's Analyst & Investor Day will meet with Abengoa's senior management team to get an update on the strategy, financials and technology development of the Company, as well as the latest market outlook.
