ABEO to supply FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China and 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Japan

ABEO, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of sports and leisure equipment, today announces that its specialist team sport brand SCHELDE SPORTS has been chosen as exclusive supplier to two major international competitions: the next FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China from 31 August to 15 September 2019 and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic Games, due to be held respectively from 24 July to 9 August 2020 and from 25 August to 6 September 2020.
The agreement signed by ABEO and International Basketball Federation FIBA, the world's governing body for basketball, covers the supply, installation and service of basketball backstops in all stadiums for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics.
Thanks to this double contract, ABEO has once again confirmed its status as a go-to supplier of basketball equipment for major international competitions.

This contract gives the Group increased visibility worldwide, and particularly on the Asian continent. We are also happy to guarantee ABEO's involvement in the next Olympic Games.
