Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a listing of 2,218,595 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each, pursuant to the conversion of 1,879 Convertible Preference Share Units and 29 Warrants to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
