In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 September 2015 the total number of Ordinary shares of no par value of the Company in issue is 64,922,824.

There are 1,650,000 Ordinary shares held in Treasury and 10,420,986 Subscription shares of no par value, with no voting rights, in issue as at the same date.

The above figure (64,922,824) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
