Following relevant fact numbers 226,879, 227,616 and 227,768, it is hereby announced that Abertis has today received authorisation from the National Securities Commission of its voluntary tender offer for the partial acquisition of its own shares (the 'Offer').

As a consequence, in accordance with article 22 of Royal Decree 1066/2007 of 27 July on the rules for public tender offers for securities, Abertis will publicly disseminate the Offer in the terms and conditions set out in Royal Decree 1066/2007 within a maximum period of five business days.
