IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2015) - Genea, a leading provider of cloud-based software and services for the commercial real estate industry, today announced the appointment of Mike Latham and Brenna Walraven to Genea's advisory board, effective immediately. Latham is president at ABM Facility Services (NYSE: ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions. Walraven is president and CEO at Corporate Sustainability Strategies, a leading provider of expert sustainability strategy development and execution plans.

These appointments support the company's rapid growth. In a few years, Genea has expanded its client portfolio from 9 million square feet to over 100 million square feet of commercial office space.

Latham is currently serving on the Advisory Board of Directors for Brandman University within the Chapman University System and as a Board Member for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

Walraven is a respected industry leader in all aspects of property operations, including property management, leasing, national accounts, risk management, as well as energy and environmental strategy. She is the former Chairman of BOMA International and a founding developer of the BOMA Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) and the BOMA Energy Performance Contract (BEPC).
