ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions, today announced the appointment of Andrea Newborn as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, effective July 5, 2017.

Ms. Newborn will lead ABM’s experienced legal organization and will be focused on supporting the strategic and operational direction of the company, aligned to the company’s 2020 Vision. She will be responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance affairs for ABM and will work closely with all areas of the business as a member of the executive leadership team.

Andrea brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that includes both public and privately held companies. Most recently, Ms. Newborn served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc., a business-to-business global provider of data and cloud-based solutions to the hospitality industry. Previously, she was General Counsel for The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. Ms. Newborn is a graduate of Columbia Law School, and Brown University.
