Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

This notice is given by ABM Resources NL (ASX: ABU) ("Company") under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("Corporations Act").

The Company has issued 33,936,651 ordinary shares (New Shares) on 5 May 2016 to Independence Group NL (IGO) pursuant to the terms of the Lake Mackay Exploration Agreement between the Company and IGO.

The Company confirms that:

1. The New Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

2. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

3. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

4. section 674 of the Corporations Act.

5. As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice.
