2. APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Abterra Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:
1. the resignation of Mr Tam Yiu Cheung as Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 30 November 2014; and
2. the appointment of Mr Li Chun Kwong as Financial Controller of the Company to assume the duties and responsibilities of a Financial Controller with effect from 1
December 2014.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Tam for his contributions and services to the Company.
