Acadia Realty Trust : Announces Quarterly Dividend

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), today announced the Company's dividend
for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. Acadia's Board of Trustees has
declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per Common Share payable on July 13,
2012 to holders of record as of June 29, 2012.
