Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been recognized by independent analyst firm Gartner, Inc. as a leader who provides IT services for communications service providers (CSPs) which encompasses telecom operations management systems including business support systems, operations support systems, and service delivery platforms.

Accenture’s positioning was included in Gartner’s July 30, 2014 report entitled “Magic Quadrant for IT Services for Communications Service Providers,” by Jouni Forsman and Kamlesh Bhatia. In the report, Gartner analyzed 16 vendors of professional IT services for telecom operations management system to help clients find the right vendor for their service needs.
