Zurich Insurance PLC Expands Use of Accenture's Software to Rapidly Deploy Products and Improve Customer Service
Insurer to deploy Accenture Duck Creek software as its core policy processing system to multiple lines of business

Accenture Duck Creek Policy software supports the entire policy life cycle process from point of sale through to renewal. The flexible and modern architecture of the platform will enhance Zurich's existing infrastructure and enable Zurich to streamline processes, define workflows and provide flexibility in managing products, helping to improve the overall efficiency of the operating model and sales distribution channels.

The Accenture Duck Creek Suite includes Duck Creek Billing, Claims and Policy solutions, which can be implemented individually or as part of a broader migration strategy.
