ACCOR : Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani joins AccorHotels’ Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, during its meeting held today, took note of Mr. Ali Bouzarif's resignation from his term as Director and, upon recommendation of the Appointments and Compensation Committee, co-opted Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani as Director. This co-optation is effective as from today and for the remainder of Mr. Bouzarif's term of office (i.e. until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2018).

Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani, whose appointment was proposed by Qatar Investment Authority, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Katara Hospitality.

The co-optation of Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani will be submitted to shareholders' ratification during the General Assembly meeting to be held on 5 May 2017.
