Interim Dividend

The Board has declared an interim dividend for the half year ended 30 June 2017 of 2.89 US cents per share.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register on the record date of 8 September 2017. The shares will have an ex-date of 7 September 2017 and the dividend will be paid on 6 October 2017.

This interim dividend is capable of being paid in sterling, rather than US dollars, provided that the relevant shareholder has registered to receive their dividend in sterling under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or registers to do so by the close of business on 15 September 2017. A copy of the Dividend Currency Election form, which should be sent to Capita Asset Services, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TUwhen completed, can be found on the Company's website at http://www.acencia.co.uk/.
