Ada SA is a France-based vehicle rental company. Its offer includes commercial and non-commercial vehicles, including cabriolets, minibuses, city cars and two wheels vehicles to both individuals and businesses. Ada SA also offers removal vehicles to private individuals. As of December 31, 2011, the Company develops a network of franchises that operate a number of over 400 agencies located throughout France, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Mauritius, Martinique, New Caledonia, La Reunion and Dominican Republic. It is also operational through several subsidiaries, including Sapn, Holiday Bikes, Adabox, Ada Courtage, EDA, Issy Location, Beziers Locations, Keyvanne, Neuilly Location and Limoges Location. Ada SA is a part of G7 Entreprises. In May 17, 2013, it decided to merge with two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, SAPN and Issy Location, in order to simplify its legal structure.
