ADEKA Corporation (President and Chief Executive Officer: Akio Kohri) announces that ADEKA PALMAROLE SAS (hereinafter "ADP"), one of its consolidated subsidiaries, will be renamed ADEKA POLYMER ADDITIVES EUROPE SAS on January 1, 2018. Details are as follows.

This change follows an event in which ADEKA Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of ADEKA Corporation in Germany, took over all the shares of ADP owned by Trading & Marketing Consultants Palmarole AG in Switzerland to reorganize it into a wholly owned subsidiary.
This move will have a minor influence on consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018.
