Director increases shareholding
AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, was notified on 6 October 2017 that Richard Burbage (Unified Communications Director) had increased his shareholding in the Company following the purchase of 8,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 303p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Burbage has a total beneficial interest in 218,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.92 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
