Clarification of 2016 responsibility statement

Following our 2016 annual reports publication on March 22, 2016 - we hereby clarify that our responsibility statement also refers to the annual accounts, which were published on that same day. Please see below the updated responsibility statement:

'We confirm, to the best of our knowledge, that the Consolidated Financial Statements of ADO Properties S. A. presented in this Annual Financial Report for 2016, prepared in conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and as adopted by the European Union, give a true and fair view of the net assets, financial and earnings position of the Company. Also we confirm that the annual accounts give a true and fair view of the financial position of ADO Properties S. A. as of 31 December 2016, and of the results of its operations for the year then ended 31 December 2016 in accordance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements relating to the preparation of the annual accounts and that the Management Report includes a fair review of the development of the business and describes the main opportunities, risks and uncertainties associated with the Company.'
