The group oversees and helps to facilitate the adoption of the Forum’s key initiatives such as technology performance benchmarking and the implementation of TL 9000, a quality management system for creating supply chain directives throughout the information communications technology (ICT) industry. As a founding member of the QuEST Forum, ADTRAN will continue to lend its expertise and commitment towards the creation of quality and sustainability practices for the ICT industry as a whole.
