Business First Network, a new business support network for SMEs, has chosen a CRM and membership solution from Advanced NFP (Advanced). It will use Advanced's Member Strategy solution to manage its members' data, communication and finances, accessed through Advanced's online portal Web Connect.

Business First Network provides its network of business owners with a number of benefits including support, advice and assistance as well as an excellent loyalty scheme. From its head office, it will use Member Strategy to manage their CRM and membership services for their network of franchisee companies. This will include new membership sign-ups and renewals, registration process, as well as online self-service options to allow members to update details directly.

"We researched the market for membership software and Advanced NFP stood out as a leader in the field. We liked the modular approach that Advanced's Member Strategy solution offers. As a new business ourselves, it means we can start with the membership and finance modules and grow the solution as our business expands, bit by bit," explains Michael Osborne, director of Business First Network.

"As members sign up to take advantage of our network and associated services, they will use Member Strategy's Web Connect portal to join and have also the opportunity to renew their membership online. As we extend our services to include a network of franchisees, our plan is to roll out Member Strategy to them directly. One of the key benefits is the ability to use the solution on tablets and other mobile devices," concludes Osborne.

"Membership organisations have the same information requirements, whether they are run commercially for profit or not. They want to integrate data easily and have a connected view of members, ensuring they offer them the best service. The business service and extended franchisee project with Business First Network is a first for commercial organisation using Member Strategy and we are looking forward to assisting them in their growth," said Simon Fowler, Managing Director of Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced NFP).
