ADVEOreceives payment of €5.02m afterclosing sale of warehouse in Châteauroux

Madrid, May 23rd 2018.-ADVEO has received today a payment of €5.02m after closingthe sale of the ADVEO France warehouse in Châteauroux with M7 Real Estate France on April 6th. This operation involves capital gains ofaround €0.5m and a net cash income of €3.8m.

After this sale and that of Compans warehouse last January, ADVEO France will concentrate its operations at a new logistics centre near Compans that will be ready not later than November 2018.

The new warehouse will be equipped with avant-garde infrastructures and technology. This will allow ADVEO to have a more efficient management system, adapted to the business evolution. This new logistics model will significantly reduce costs and improve the quality of services to customers.
