Aegis Group plc : Aegis Media Iberia strengthening its full service offering in Spain through the integration of Ymedia

Aegis Media, the leading global media and digital communications group today announces the integration of Spain's full-service communications agency, Ymedia, and its minority holding in digital independent agency Wink TTD.

Ymedia provides research, strategy, planning & buying offline and online, brand content creation, direct response and modeling services. Ymedia will continue to operate independently and will maintain its management team, identity, and business philosophy, all of which have led to this agency's notable success story in the Spanish advertising industry. Jaime López-Francos continues as CEO, supported by Sergio Martínez as CFO. José María Casero continues to act as Non-Executive Chairman of Ymedia.

Founded in 2006, Ymedia is highly respected for its business ingenuity and strategic plans and has been awarded both nationally and internationally in recent years for its client services. As part of the agreement, Vizeum in Spain, one of Aegis Media's network brands, will be integrated into the Ymedia operation including all its clients' media investments.
