Aegis Group plc : Dentsu Inc. Appoints Jerry Buhlmann as an Executive Officer

Dentsu Inc. today announced that, following a meeting of its Board of Directors in Tokyo, it has appointed Jerry Buhlmann, CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Network and Aegis Media, as an Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc. As Executive Officer, Mr. Buhlmann's role will be to contribute to the business strategy of Dentsu Inc.'s global strategy outside of Japan and to drive further growth in this arena.

Mr Buhlmann will take up his new position as Executive Officer on July 1, 2013. Mr. Buhlmann is the second non-Japanese Executive Officer in Dentsu's history.  He continues to report to Tim Andree, Director and Executive Vice President of Dentsu Inc.
