S.A. (Aena) hereby reports as follows:
RELEVANT INFORMATION
Resignation of Directors and Committee members of the Aena Board of Directors
On 21 June 2018, Aena received notice submitted by the proprietary Director, Mrs. Mª Jesús Romero de Ávila Torrijos, informing her resignation as a member of the Aena Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee, and likewise from the Director, Mrs. Alicia Segovia Marco, informing her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, upon their cessation from the positions they held in the Ministry of Public Works, which justified their membership in the Board of Directors of the Company.
