FOR PRINT AND ONLINE RELEASE: April 7, 2014 Aeroflex and ATG Announce Strategic Alliance to Provide NextGen Transponder and TCAS Avionics Test Equipment Wichita, Kansas - April 7, 2014 - Aeroflex Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflex Holding Corp. (NYSE:ARX), and Advanced Technical Group Company (ATG), located in Miami Lakes, FL, announced today that they have entered into a long term strategic alliance agreement. The initial focus of the alliance will be to integrate ATG's modern software-driven digital modulation technology into the Aeroflex transponder and Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) test equipment product lines. These test solutions will support testing requirements driven by the FAA's NextGen Airspace Transformation mandate.

"We are very excited to take this to the next level and provide our customers world class test equipment by leveraging each company's strengths and experience in avionics, especially transponder and TCAS test," said Guy Hill, Director, Avionics Business Unit in Wichita, Kansas.

ATG will fulfill existing orders for their TCAS/Transponder Test Set and Transponder RF Generator and provide support and service for existing customers. Over the next few months, manufacturing of the ATG test sets will be integrated into the Aeroflex Wichita, Kansas factory. Aeroflex will take the lead role in future sales and support through its global sales reach and global service centers.
