Item 8.01 Other Events.

The special meeting of shareholders of Aetna Inc. ("Aetna") to seek the approval and adoption by Aetna's shareholders of the Agreement and Plan of Merger pursuant to which CVS Health Corporation has agreed to acquire Aetna will be held on March 13, 2018, which is a change from the March 20, 2018 meeting date set forth in Aetna's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 1, 2018.
