Affichage Holding SA has sold to the existing minority
shareholder its 85% stake in First Avenue GmbH, a
company based in Bozen/Bolzano in Italy, that it held
through APG Allgemeine Plakatgesellschaft AG.
As planned, therefore, it is withdrawing from this
region. The group has thus taken a further step towards
implementing its strategy - already pursued vigorously in
the past year - of scaling back its international
portfolio and focusing on its core Swiss business.
