Affine signs a 12-year lease agreement with Starbucks for its Quai des Marques mall in Bordeaux

Affine has just signed with Starbucks Coffee a 12-year lease agreement, 6 years of which are fixed-term, for the opening of a 216 sqm coffee shop within its Quai des marques shopping mall in Bordeaux.

With this announcement, Starbucks marks the opening of its fourth franchised shop in Bordeaux, close to the new Bassins à Flots district, right along the Garonne riverside and next to the brand new Cité du Vin. This opening will be an opportunity to celebrate the first anniversary of the arrival of the brand on the Bordeaux market.

The new coffee shop will offer its customers a broad range of drinks, with and without coffee, as well as a new range of TEAVANA teas. It will derive its inspiration from the docks of Bordeaux, with a design reminding the shipping trade and the different continents from which the coffee is coming from.

The arrival of this new brand confirms the site's attractiveness, given its unique location in the heart of Bordeaux, which is ideal for a perfect shopping & balade experience, supported by a court of 11 F&B premises.
