The Company's Development Projects – Commercial projects segment includes construction of property for future lease. Its Development Projects – Residential projects segment includes construction and selling of residential properties. Its Asset Management segment includes the operation of investment property for lease. Its Hotel Operation segment includes the operation of hotels. Its Other segment includes the investment and holding of property for future development. Its portfolio consisted of eight investment properties, seven investment properties under development, one trading property under development, one inventory of real estate and four hotel projects.
