Vyacheslav Smirnov is appointed as CEO of NVision Group

Moscow, Russia - February 21, 2014. CJSC NVision Group ("NVision Group" or the "Company"), one of the largest information and communication technology companies in Russia, today announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Vyacheslav Smirnov as the Company's CEO. Mr. Smirnov will replace Anton Sushkevich and start his duties from February 25, 2014.

Biographical background:

Mr. Smirnov was born in 1970 in Moscow. In 1993, Mr. Smirnov graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute (State University of Aerospace Technologies). From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Smirnov served as an analyst group officer of the investigation department at Moscow Police (Moscow Department of the Russian Ministry of Interior, GU MVD). He also worked as a specialist of the department for complex engineering security systems at CJSC RNT. From 2000 to 2010, Vyacheslav Smirnov served as the General Director of Paravan IT LLC. In 2010, he was appointed as CEO of CJSC Sitronics KASU. In 2011 to 2012, Mr. Smirnov acted as Vice President for Complex Management and Security Systems at OJSC Sitronics. In 2012, he worked as Deputy Chief Constructor of automated systems and complex security in OJSC Concern Vega. Mr.Smirnov has been serving as CEO of CJSC Sitronics KASU since 2012 and will continue working there alongside his position at NVision Group.

NVision Group is one of the largest Russian IT-companies, a leading developer and supplier of information and communication solutions and services, including cloud services.
