MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's conglomerate AFK Sistema said its board would consider appointing new chief executive official at a meeting on Friday.
The company said in a statement that its CEO Mikhail Shamolin would move to another position within Sistema Group and Andrei Dubovskov, the president of the MTS mobile operator, would replace him as the head of AFK Sistema.
