Afren Plans Global Roadshow Ahead Of Potential Bond Issue
02/22/2012 | 03:20am Oil and gas company Afren PLC (>> Afren Plc) is planning a series of global investor meetings ahead of a potential bond sale, one of the banks organizing the roadshow said Wednesday.
The meetings will be held in London Feb. 23-24, before moving to the West Coast of the U.S. Feb. 27, Boston Feb. 28 and concluding in New York Feb. 29.
BNP Paribas SA, Deutsche Bank AG and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. are the banks arranging the meetings.
The issuer is rated B by Standard & Poor's Corp. and Fitch Ratings.
