TR1 Announcement - Anglo Pacific shareholding % increase
African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle" or "the Company", ticker AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) was notified on November 26, 2010 that as at November 23, 2010 Anglo Pacific Group PLC (ticker AIM: APF), increased its shareholding in the Company to 14,375,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 3.74% of the total voting rights of the Company.
