African Eagle announces that the Company was notified yesterday that on 10 April 2014 Coburg Group plc, sold 14,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.331p per Ordinary Share ("Disposal").
