CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Afrox
shareholders are advised of the resignations of Ms Morongwe Malebye, an
independent non-executive director and Mr Dynes Woodrow, a non-executive director
of the Company. Their resignation from the board will be effective from
22 August 2013. The board thanks Ms Malebye and Mr Woodrow for their
contribution to the Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
