Following the cancellation of 7,170,522 Ageas shares bought back in 2016, the total number of issued shares (the 'denominator') has declined to 209,399,949.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ageas SA/NV of 17 May 2017 approved the cancellation of 7,170,522 shares (result of the shares bought-back in 2016). As a result, the total number of issued shares is reduced to 209,399,949. This number (the 'denominator') will be used to calculate the percentage of shareholdings.
