Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 218,009 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 12-09-2016 until 16-09-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 760,305 shares for a total amount of EUR 23,492,992. This corresponds to 0.35% of the total shares outstanding.
