Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 263,621 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 06-02-2017 until 10-02-2017.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 3,414,842 shares for a total amount of EUR 118,319,173. This corresponds to 1.58% of the total shares outstanding.
