The Boards of Trustees of AGIC Convertible & Income Fund (NYSE: NCV) and
AGIC Convertible & Income Fund II (NYSE: NCZ) (collectively, the
"Funds") announced today that they have declared the following dividends
on the Funds' common shares:
The dividends will be payable on January 3, 2012 to shareholders of
record on December 12, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 8,
2011.
At November 30, 2011, the Funds' net assets (a) were approximately:

$274 million for NCV and NCZ, respectively.
