Hot Sale of Yubinfu Zengcheng Phase II "The
Territory (??)" During the
Golden Week
On April 29, the sales of Agile Yubinfu Zengcheng
Phase II "The Territory
(??)" were grandly opened.
During the sale, the kings of the third and fifth building
were launched with a total of 283 units for sale, of
which 200 units were sold during the sale, covered
nearly 80% of sell through rate. During the Golden Week,
the sales revenue achieved approximately RMB200 million,
which was a new miracle of sales in property market in
Zengcheng. This new property deserves the best-seller in
Zengcheng during the Golden Week. It is not easy to achieve
such great result as much as 90% of sell through rate even
tough under the property market downturn.
