Referring to the recent reported news about the
forfeiture of land granted to

Bureau of Land and Resources, we, Agile Property Holdings
Limited ("Company", stock code: 3383) would like to make
the following solemn statement?
1. ??????????????is
not an associate of the Company and its
subsidiaries("the Group") nor does it
have any connection with the Group and any of its major
shareholders.
2. The Group has never set up any
project company in Beijing nor does it have any connection
with the said incident.
