AGL Energy Limited's (AGL) Torrens Island Power Station in Adelaide currently is offline due to the electricity outage in South Australia.

All AGL employees have been accounted for and are safe and the station is secure.

AGL currently is cooperating with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) which is coordinating the restoration of power supply in South Australia.

Further information will be provided as it becomes available. We are unable to comment on causes or likely duration of the situation at this time.
