ATLANTA, April 19, 2012 - AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: GAS) will
webcast its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 1,
at 10 a.m. ET.
During the meeting, AGL Resources Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer John W. Somerhalder II will provide
